SENIOR SQUAD (Level 1) 6 days

Monday-Friday 5:30 to 7:30 PM and Saturday Morning 7 am to 9 am. Dryland sessions will be added 2-3x weekly tbd based on the college team schedule.

Ages 13 to 21 - Practices include flexibility, cardiovascular, muscle strength and mental training programs.

Participation in Team Entered meets and Championship meets.
